First you pay for an initial consultation

Our initial consultations are a 60 minute visit so that we can learn more about you and your goals. (Cost $250)

Then you get a custom plan

We will work on a custom plan and roadmap to follow for improving your health and well-being.

Monthly visits (4 visits) with our monthly membership

We'll arrange follow up visits (in-person or virtual) and on-going coaching.
