In a weight loss plan for women you will get a tailored plan for your unique body type and lifestyle following our signature framework to either lose, gain or maintain your ideal weight.
Our initial consultations are a 60 minute visit so that we can learn more about you and your goals. (Cost $250)
We will work on a custom plan and roadmap to follow for improving your health and well-being.
We'll arrange follow up visits (in-person or virtual) and on-going coaching.
This program is centered on evidence-based weight management for women 18 and older who have not yet entered menopause.
Monthly visits (minimum 6-month commitment)
For starters, a healthy diet starts with having a healthy lifestyle. This means that the best weight loss diet can vary for every person. What works for some women may not exactly work for your unique body.
That’s why during your initial consultation we will perform a detailed body composition analysis so that together we can create a unique plan to fit your body and lifestyle.
Again this truly depends on your body composition. Of course running or cardio are great calorie burners, but yoga or pilates can also be great ways of strengthening your muscles and losing weight with the right diet. We’ll explore and talk about the best exercise recommendations for your unique lifestyle together.
Exercise and nutrition are essential components of any comprehensive weight loss plan, but for some, prescription medications may also be considered. There are numerous weight loss medications available that can be recommended based on your specific needs and underlying conditions.
