Our initial consultations are a 60 minute visit so that we can learn more about you and your goals. (Cost $250)
We will work on a custom plan and roadmap to follow for improving your health and well-being.
We'll arrange follow up visits (in-person or virtual) and on-going coaching.
This program is destined for men 18 and older who want to improve their health through weight loss.
Monthly visits (6 visits) minimum 6-month commitment
